Kim Kohler

 Supply Chain & Planning Manager 

Kim Kohler brings more than 20 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, production planning, and manufacturing to Anchor Audio. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations optimize supply chain operations, strengthen supplier relationships, improve production efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Before joining Anchor Audio, Kim held leadership roles with Argonaut Manufacturing Services and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she managed procurement strategies, production planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional improvement initiatives. She is passionate about building collaborative partnerships, streamlining processes, and ensuring products are delivered on time while meeting quality and financial goals.

A dedicated supply chain professional, Kim holds four internationally recognized ASCM (formerly APICS) certifications: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), and Certified in Transformation for Supply Chain (CTSC). She also serves as Vice President of Education and a Master Instructor for the San Diego chapter of ASCM, helping develop the next generation of supply chain professionals.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.
