    Job Title: Final Assembly Clerk

    Classification: Full time, non-exempt

    Reports to: Production Manager

    Salary: $15.00/hour, signing bonus, pay increase 2022

    Essential Duties:

    • Keep work area clean and organized
    • Work independently to build various finished products
    • Compares finished work with provided samples
    • Completes finished work within a targeted timeframe
    • Work in other departments when necessary
    • Assist Production Manager with special projects
    • Training as a back-up for other departments

    Required Skills:

    • Ability to build product within a standard amount of time
    • Basic mechanical skill
    • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
    • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions/temperatures
    • Ability to stand, kneel, twist, reach and freely move from one position/department to another
    • Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level that is sufficient to perform the essential functions of this position
    • Excellent time management skills - Prompt attendance is required
    • Successful completion and satisfactory results of background check, drug screen, and completion of new hire forms.

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
    • 1 year assembly experience, preferred
    • Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred
    • Will train the right candidate
