Final Assembly Associate I 

Jesus joined the Anchor Audio team back in June 2022, with minimal assembly experience.  He has quickly learned various aspects of the production floor with skill and precision. Jesus works with dedication and dependability every day. He swiftly learned to construct the Liberty, Megavox, and Beacon within the standard time. Jesus also supported the subassembly department during the busy season to help meet monthly company goals. Jesus’s prior leadership experience has made him the perfect fit for training new team members. He exemplifies Anchor’s C.A.R.E.S. core values, with special attention to the letter "E" – Enthusiasm!  He has taken the initiative to organize workstations for efficiency and organization, which benefits all team members.

In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his kids. His favorite food is pizza and hamburgers. His favorite music genres are hip-hop, Top-40s, Reggaeton, and Mexican regional music.

Jesus’ favorite Anchor product is the Liberty because it is easy to handle and, for a medium-sized system, comes with a lot of power. In addition, the audio quality is excellent!
